Ways to Pay APS Energy Bills
APS offers its customers simple and convenient ways to pay their bills. As a residential customer, you can choose to pay your energy bills via any of the following methods.
Pay APS Energy Bills Online
As an APS customer, you can make a one-time bill payment for your current or due energy bill. Simply go to aps.com bill pay and click on the “pay now” button under make a payment section. You will be taken to a page where you can choose to pay without logging or via your account login.
If you choose to login, you will need to go to account overview and then click the payment option. Enter the amount you want to pay and the payment source. Verify the details and then finalize the transaction to pay your bills.
Pay APS Energy Bills via phone
For fast and simple payments, dial 602-371-6555 and follow the automated voice prompts until you pay off APS energy bills. Have your account number handy when you make the call. Payments made before 5.00pm will be posted to your account the same day.
APS Auto Bill Pay
If you’re always late on payments, you can sign up for Autopay and pay your APS energy bills on time. Go to aps.com bill pay section and click on the Autopay enroll button to sign up. Once you signup online, payments will be deducted automatically from your bank account on the due dates. No service fee applies for enrolling in Autopay.
Pay via mail
If you so wish, you can also write a check or money order and mail it to APS via the address below. Make sure that you indicate your account number behind the check or money order so that your payment can be processed on time. Mail payments are processed within 5-7 business days.

APS Residential Customer MyAccount
APS allows its residential customers to create and manage online accounts free. To enroll go to aps.com bill pay section and click the enroll button. Registration is fast and free.
Once you enroll online, you will be able to view your monthly bill, change bank account information, make a one-time payment, schedule recurring payments, and retrieve previous and current bills. You can also view due dates and update your personal information anytime. You will need to activate your online account before you can start using it.
